Senior Sales Manager, ICE Mortgage Technology

Job PurposeThe Sales Senior Manager will lead a team of sales professionals focused on growing existing clients. This individual will manage a team responsible for selling products and/or services, managing relationships within existing client accounts to ensure satisfaction, account retention, and continued revenue growth and profitability, and work closely with product and marketing to bring the right solutions to the right clients.ResponsibilitiesLead, coach and develop a team of sales professionals, setting clear goals and holding the team accountable to themBuild and manage a healthy pipeline to cross sell and retain clientsPartner with product, marketing and client success to ensure clients get full value from our platformsForecast accurately and report on pipeline health, deal progression and team performance to senior leadershipKnowledge and ExperienceBachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience7+ years of sales experience in financial services, fintech or enterprise SaaSA track record of meeting or exceeding quota — both personally and through a teamStrong understanding of the entire mortgage lifecycle data and technology solutionsThe ability to build relationships at multiple levels, from practitioners to C-suiteClear, confident communication and negotiation skillsExperience with ICE Mortgage Technology products, services, and capabilitiesPreferredSalesforce or other CRM tool experienceExperience working in a metrics-based environment with the ability to meet or exceed sales quotasHighly experienced in negotiation and ability to remain calm under various levels of pressureStrong communication skills, both written and verbalIn-depth understanding of the sales processExcellent follow-up skills in all areas of sales cycleAbility to establish effective working relationships with all levels of management both internal and client facingSchedulePreferred Atlanta or Jacksonville locationTravel can be up to 50% Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
