This outpatient clinic facility provides neurological services across both ambulatory and inpatient consultation settings. The facility utilizes EPIC EMR to support clinical documentation and care coordination. Established protocols are in place to support outpatient neurology visits, inpatient consults, and stroke response coverage.

The position also includes responsibilities as a code stroke responding physician. Documentation is maintained through the EPIC EMR system.
