Job Summary:

Unity Health and Rehabilitation Center, a renowned provider of rehabilitation and skilled nursing care, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team of caring professionals. Responsibilities:

• Provide indirect patient care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Assist with daily living activities, such as feeding, transfers, and ambulation
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to licensed nursing staff
• Assist with mobility and exercise programs
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Florida
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing facility
• Ability to work 11p-7:30a shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Must be able to pass a drug test
• This is a drug-free workplace
