Part Time Front Desk Attendant

Join the team at Casper Recreation Center as a Part Time Front Desk Attendant and help create a welcoming, positive experience for our community every day.

As one of the first people visitors see when they arrive, Front Desk Attendants play an important role in helping guests feel informed, supported, and excited to enjoy the facility. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying active and engaged throughout the day, and contributing to a friendly, team oriented environment.

A typical day includes greeting customers, answering questions, and helping visitors navigate the facility and its programs. Staff assist with admissions, activity registrations, and cashiering duties while learning proper cash handling procedures and front desk operations.

Because the front desk is a fast paced environment, employees regularly assist multiple customers at once, respond to questions or concerns, and manage a variety of tasks throughout their shift. Staff also help maintain a clean and professional front desk area, follow safety procedures, and ensure guests have a safe and enjoyable experience at the Recreation Center and Aquatic Center.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys connecting with people and being part of a community focused organization. No two days are exactly the same, and employees interact with a wide variety of visitors while helping them enjoy everything the facility has to offer.

We provide training to help employees learn the facility layout, customer service expectations, cashiering procedures, and other skills needed to succeed. This part time position typically works 20 to 30 hours per week after training. Shifts may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
