Quick facts:

• Monday Friday 8 am 5 pm with one evening until 8 pm
• Phone call only one week every three months
• One Saturday per month with comp day during the week
• Office-based practice serving underserved patients
• Teaching opportunities with family practice residents
• Located between Sacramento and San Francisco
• Patient census of 20 25 per day
• Nextgen EHR system and full primary care equipment
