Joining our Healthcare team is becoming part of a diverse, inclusive and flexible working culture, presenting great opportunities for personal development and career advancement across the globe.Your RoleAs the US Health Economics & Outcomes Research (HEOR) lead for a rare tumor asset, you'll generate rigorous medical evidence to support clinical strategy and inform access decisions by US population health decision-makers:Developing comprehensive value evidence strategies — design and execute systematic literature reviews, real-world evidence (RWE) studies, and patient-reported outcomes (PRO) research to build a robust clinical evidence baseLeading real-world evidence research programs — design observational study protocols, develop Statistical Analysis Plans (SAPs), oversee execution, and produce final reports that meet the highest methodological standardsCharacterizing disease burden and real-world outcomes — lead epidemiological and database analyses to understand patient populations, treatment patterns, and real-world clinical outcomes that inform access decisionsBuilding and validating economic models — develop cost-effectiveness and budget impact models grounded in real-world clinical data to quantify value for population health decision-makersCreating evidence-focused materials for population health stakeholders — lead development of AMCP Dossiers, health economics briefs, and supporting documentation that translate HEOR findings into formats addressing the evidence and economic evaluation needs of population health decision-makers and formulary committeesSupporting field medical communications — partner with field medical to translate complex HEOR findings into clear, scientifically sound materials for health system audiencesRepresenting HEOR across cross-functional workstreams — collaborate with medical and market access teams to align on evidence strategy, timelines, and deliverables; serve as the HEOR voice in integrated product workstreamsSynthesizing insights — integrate insights from access stakeholders, clinical experts, and published literature to continuously strengthen and refine the clinical evidence narrativePublishing scientific findings — drive peer-reviewed manuscript publication and conference abstracts to establish clinical credibility and contribute to the scientific literatureManaging the research portfolio — oversee multiple concurrent HEOR projects, external research partnerships, and budgets to deliver high-quality evidence on time and within scopeWho You AreMinimum QualificationsEducation: Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in Health Economics, Epidemiology, Public Health, Pharmacy, or a closely related fieldExperience: 7+ years of HEOR experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, population health, or consultingTechnical expertise: Demonstrated hands-on experience in real-world evidence study design and execution; proven ability to develop and validate decision-analytic economic models (cost-effectiveness and budget impact)Health system knowledge: Strong understanding of how population health organizations, integrated delivery systems, and formulary decision-makers evaluate evidence and make coverage/access decisionsPublication record: Established track record of publishing peer-reviewed HEOR research in medical and scientific journalsTravel: Ability to travel 10%Preferred QualificationsPharmaceutical industry experience: Track record of developing and executing HEOR strategies within a pharmaceutical company environment, with demonstrated ability to align evidence generation with medical objectivesTherapeutic expertise: Experience in rare disease or oncology, with familiarity of unique clinical challenges, unmet medical needs, and evidence requirements in these areasEmerging tools: Knowledge of AI and digital solutions applied to evidence synthesis, literature review automation, or health economic modeling workflowsPay Range for this position: $185,800-$278,600The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors.
