The Machinist is responsible for setting up and operating, manual lathes and milling machines. Mechanical experience required. This role ensures high-quality output through careful quality control and calibration while adhering to safety standards and managing inventory effectively.
Full & Part time Positions available
Responsibilities
- Set up machines according to job orders and blueprints
- Operate manual lathes & Milling machines
- Operate Industrial Pumps
- Perform quality control inspections to ensure parts meet specifications
- Maintain and calibrate machines to ensure optimal performance
- Comply with all safety regulations and guidelines
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Industrial pumps a plus
- Experience with manual milling machines and lathes required
- Mechanical experience required
- Must speak and understand English fluently
