Global Stock Plan Administrator & Compliance Lead

SoFi is seeking a Stock Plan Administrator to advance our equity program globally, move beyond data entry, and drive strategic compliance. You will own the ESPP, ensure accurate operations, and partner across teams to scale mobility tax and education initiatives. Ideally, you bring 3–5 years in public company equity administration, a strong Excel skillset, and familiarity with Fidelity NetBenefits.
