What You'll Do:

• Connect with Medicare-eligible seniors to educate them on plan options, benefits, and coverage.
• Guide clients through a clear, stress-free enrollment process.
• Maintain accurate client records within our CRM system.
• Deliver an exceptional, relationship-first customer experience in a supportive office environment.

What We're Looking For:

• No Prior Insurance Experience Required!Backgrounds in hospitality (servers, bartenders), retail, teaching, or customer service thrive here.
• Excellent verbal communication and relationship-building skills.
• Basic computer literacy and comfort navigating multiple software tools.
• Willingness to complete state licensing requirements and pass standard background checks.
• Coachable mindset, strong work ethic, and a genuine desire to help seniors.

A Georgia Health Insurance license is required for this position. Candidates who are not currently licensed must be willing and able to complete the licensing requirements. Real Senior Management provides support and reimbursement to help qualified new hires through the licensing process.

As part of the screening, licensing, and hiring process, a background check is required.

Certain criminal convictions may affect an applicant's eligibility to obtain an insurance license in Georgia. Some offenses may require a waiting period or additional review before licensure. Applicants may also be required to satisfy applicable fines, court costs, fees, or court-ordered restitution before a license can be issued.
