Supply Chain ManagerThe Supply Chain Manager oversees rough cut capacity planning and procurement coordination - ensuring efficiency and optimization while aligning with business objectives. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage supply plans based on demand forecasts to balance supply and demand across production sitesCoordinate with procurement to ensure timely delivery of materials and mitigate supply chain risksMonitor inventory levels and track production vs plan to ensure the plants are achieving the appropriate customer service levelCollaborate with production, procurement, demand, and logistics teams to align on a balanced, achievable plan for executionAnalyze supply chain performance, generate reports, and present insights to senior managementTrack supply chain KPIs such as OTIF, Operational Efficiency and Optimal Inventory to identify improvement opportunitiesLead scenario planning to assess potential disruptions and develop contingency strategiesSupport implementation and optimization of supply chain softwareResponsible for driving and facilitating the Supply Review as part of the SIOP processQualificationsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Business Administration or a related fieldProficiency with SAP ERP system as well as analytical, data interpretation and reporting skills3-5 years of experience in supply planning or related rolesRelevant certifications such as APICS CPIM, CSCP, CPSM, or Lean Six Sigma are a plusABOUT US Do you want to work with people who are dedicated to innovation and making the world a better place?
