Work hours: Full Time Nights, 36 hours a week, 3 -12-hour shifts. 7:00pm - 7:00am with rotating weekends. Diploma or Equivalent is required 1 year of telemetry monitoring is strongly preferred BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly is required Basic Understanding/ability to learn medical terminology What You Will Do Demonstrates competency in the set up and use of the telemetry monitoring equipment. Collects, reports, and documents patient information (rhythms/rate) timely and accurately. Seeks assistance, supervision, or consultation when unsure of rhythm(s) identification. Distinguishes and reports abnormalities and initiates action to provide continuity of care. Serves as a patient advocate. Assists with documentation that supports and meets hospital and regulatory requirements.
