Senior Management Analyst SupervisorThis position reports to the Chief of the Office of Appeal Hearings and is responsible for the selection, training and supervision of operations review specialists who conduct administrative hearings for the Department's public assistance and child welfare programs, the Agency for Persons with Disabilities (APD) Medicaid Waiver program, the Department of Revenue's Child Support, the Department of Elder Affairs, and Nursing Home Discharges.Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in public assistance programs. Master's degree or JD preferred. Experience as a Hearing Officer utilizing the Uniform Rules of Administrative Procedure. Experience making eligibility determinations for applicants of public assistance. Supervisory and management experience Valid Driver License.
