Technology Sales Specialist

Fluent in both Japanese and Mandarin, the remote Technology Sales Specialist will manage a portfolio of technology support service contracts, drive renewals, identify new business opportunities, and help education and nonprofit customers maximize their technology investments. Key responsibilities Manage customer accounts, overseeing the sales process for service renewals and new contract opportunities Drive on-time renewals and improve renewal rates while recapturing lost or at-risk business Engage with customers to understand their needs, negotiate contract terms, and communicate the value of technology support services Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field At least 3 years of technology-related sales or account management experience Fluency in both Japanese and Mandarin, with strong communication skills in a customer-facing environment Demonstrated ability to manage customer accounts independently and drive opportunities through the full sales cycle Experience handling customer objections and supporting contract negotiations
