Attorney - First Party Property

First Party Property Attorney Legal Search Solutions is seeking a Senior Litigation Associate for a reputable regional litigation firm. The firm specializes in all types of litigation including commercial litigation, admiralty/ maritime, insurance defense, appellate law and cybersecurity and data privacy. The ideal candidate will have aminimum of 6-8 years of experience in Fist Party Property cases. Experience in General Liability is preferred, not required. 2nd chair trial experience is desired. This role will focus on all aspects of First Party Property cases with the opportunity to assist in trials, and manage case files from inception to resolution. Requirements Member of the FL Bar in good standing 6-8 years experience in First Party Property Experience in General Liability preferred 2nd chair trial experience desired Book of business not required, but preferred Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Skills of persuasion and negotiation Litigation in general liability preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
