Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Embark on an exciting contract opportunity supporting students as an Occupational Therapist within a vibrant educational setting! This full-time, onsite role runs from September 8, 2026, through June 17, 2027, with a weekly commitment of 37.5 hours. As an itinerant provider, you’ll have the rewarding experience of working with a diverse K–12 student population, providing specialized therapy services that foster growth and independence. Additional assignment details are forthcoming, ensuring you’ll have all the information needed to prepare for a successful school year.

Your background in school-based occupational therapy will allow you to make a tangible difference each day, collaborating with educators, administrators, and families to empower every student you serve.

Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• Current Occupational Therapist license in Oregon (or eligibility to obtain)
• Prior experience with K–12 students in a school setting preferred
• Demonstrated knowledge of IEP processes, assessments, and therapeutic documentation
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective team collaboration
• Flexibility working across multiple grade levels and school sites as needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and group occupational therapy sessions tailored to student needs
• Conduct assessments and participate in IEP meetings as an engaged team member
• Document progress, interventions, and comply with school and state requirements
• Educate and consult with teachers, staff, and families to ensure continuity of care
• Adapt interventions to support access to the curriculum and overall student success
