Customer Service & Warehouse Associate – Multiple Opportunities Pay Rate: $17.00–$22.00 per hour Locations: Smyrna, Austell, Kennesaw & Marietta, GA Job Type: Multiple Opportunities | Full-Time | Varying Shifts Available Job Responsibilities Customer Service Answer inbound customer calls professionally and provide helpful, accurate information Make outbound calls when necessary to customers, vendors, or other contacts Respond to customer questions and assist with resolving issues Communicate order, shipping, and delivery information Maintain professional and courteous communication at all times Warehouse & Shipping Assist with shipping and receiving activities Pick, pack, stage, and organize products and orders Prepare shipments and ensure orders are processed accurately Requirements 1+ year of warehouse experience is preferred Shipping and receiving experience is strongly preferred Familiarity with UPS shipping systems or other shipping platforms is preferred Comfortable answering inbound phone calls and making outbound calls when necessary Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Must be punctual, dependable, and responsible Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Ability to work effectively as part of a team Starting pay ranges from $17.00 to $22.00 per hour depending on experience, qualifications, and specific assignment. #J-18808-Ljbffr AtWork Group
