Commercial Reporting and Analytics Analyst - Boise, ID

Summary

This position is responsible for partnering with various global stakeholders in delivering insights to help support business objectives. The analyst is responsible for the collection, analysis and reporting of various data sources to create both standardized and bespoke reporting for our partners. This role will conduct quantitative product and sales analysis, provide support for internal / external customers, derive market insights from external datasets and assess future needs and data integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to develop systematic and strategic reporting tools to help create a clearer picture of their business
• Deliver ad hoc reporting with our various global stakeholders, including sales, marketing, pricing, business planning and enablement
• Create detailed reporting into pricing behaviors and supporting pricing strategies
• Work with IT on enhancing data structures through team development recommendations and user acceptance testing
• Assist in the training for sales and sales leadership of newly created or existing reports in the reporting suite
• Validate mappings and volume from our external data providers monthly

Typical Education

• Bachelor's Degree (B.A. or B.S.) from 4 year college or university

Relevant Experience

• Experience: 1-3 years postgrad
• Microsoft suite (primarily Excel / PowerPoint)
• Demonstrated understanding of information systems
• Understanding of SQL
• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI / Tableau)
• Developed communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Intellectually curious and demonstrate ability to self-motivate and take initiative
• Ability to be adaptable and problem solve with limited information
