About This Role
Join our Child Development Center, a reputable child care center located within RCOC, serving a diverse range of children aged 0 weeks to 14 years. Our dedicated team focuses on providing individualized care through play-based learning, while connecting families with community resources. We're seeking a highly motivated teacher to become part of our vibrant team.
This is an ideal opportunity to collaborate with a friendly and dynamic team in a lively work environment.
What You'll DoAs a member of our team, your responsibilities will include:
- Ongoing observations, portfolios and assessments
- Establishing and maintaining positive child and parent communications
- Meeting the health and safety needs of all students
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with the following qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED
- MUST have Assistant and Lead Child Care Teacher certification
- Registry Level 7 or higher (preferred, but willing to train)
- Availability to work a rotating 12:30am to 6:30pm Monday through Friday.
- Highing for our 2 year old classroom, 3 year old classroom, and 4 year old classrooms.
- Premium incentive for working "closing" shift of 6:30pm
- CPR/AED training, but willing to train
