Your responsibilities will include:Administering and documenting medication and treatments accurately.Maintaining the security of drug rooms and ensuring proper storage.Monitoring and reporting changes in residents' conditions.Carrying out various nursing procedures, including catheter care, dressing changes, and administering respiratory treatments.Supervising the nursing team and fostering a supportive environment.QualificationsGraduation from an accredited LPN program or college.Current LPN license in the state of North Carolina.CPR certification or willingness to complete it.Preferred: 2 years of experience as an LPN.Work EnvironmentPhysical exertion involving pushing, pulling, or lifting up to 35 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds.Prolonged standing or walking, with occasional bending and reaching.Assisting in repositioning and transferring residents while following safe lifting procedures.Join Us Today!This is an incredible opportunity to join a supportive senior living community through Lutheran Services Carolinas.
