Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

  • A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

  • A valid and current license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Texas.

  • Demonstrated understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment methodologies coupled with strong cultural competence.

  • Proven experience delivering therapy in one-on-one and group settings, employing inclusive and culturally responsive strategies.

  • Ability to remain calm and effective during crises, with strong intervention skills.
  • \n
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities to build rapport with a diverse clientele.

  • Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and general computer applications necessary for effective remote practice.

Preferred Experience\n

We value a minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling, particularly with experience in telehealth modalities. Experience working within culturally diverse environments and practicing inclusively is highly desirable.
