BayCare Health System is currently seeking a RN - Charge Nurse to join our outstanding and compassionate med/surg tele unit at St. Anthony's has an outstanding reputation for superior, patient-centered care. Position Description: RN - Charge Nurse

The RN - Charge Nurse is proficient in the care of a patient population utilizing effective managerial skills. Acts as a professional role model for other members of the nursing team
Acts as a professional role model for other members of the nursing team. Is responsible for developing self and team members and sharing organizational information
The Charge Nurse performs the role of preceptor and charge nurse

Requirements:

Registered Nurse license
BLS
2 years RN acute care experience
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing

Preferred:

1 year Leadership experience
Nurse Specialty

Location: St. Petersburg

Status: Full Time, Exempt: No

Shift Hours: 6:45AM - 7:15PM

Shift: Shift 1

Shift 1 = Days, 2 = Evenings, 3 = Nights, 4 = Varies

Weekend Work: Every Other

On Call: No
