Job Posting: Groundskeeper

Experience The EMBREY Way by joining our dynamic Property Management team as a Groundskeeper at Finley On The Green.

As a Groundskeeper , you will sustain the cleanliness and quality of the property by cleaning assigned areas and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain the property, buildings and equipment.
• Ensure the grounds, buildings and units are fully functional, safe and attractive.
• Clean and remove all trash, obstacles and debris from the community.
• Maintain pool and equipment on a regular schedule.

Qualifications

• One year experience as a Porter in property management or a similar position
• Knowledge of basic property cleaning and maintenance
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
• Valid Driver’s License

Required Testing

• Criminal Background Check, Non-DOT Testing, MVR

Position Type

• $21 - $23/hr
• Full-time
• Competitive pay & benefits (including healthcare & 401k)

Position Location

• Charlotte, NC ; Reporting: direct to Maintenance Supervisor.
