Resident Services Coordinator

Social Services CoordinatorOur Social Services Coordinators are passionate, organized, and compassionate towards residents. You would be responsible for organizing, implementing, and evaluating the Social Services program to meet the psycho-social needs of residents. This may include resident assessment, maintenance of resident records, assuring that residents are linked to the specific supportive services they need to continue living independently in the community.Schedule: PART-TIMEMonday-Wednesday at 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM20 hours per weekPay Range: $23.00 - 25.00/hour, depending on experienceTo be successful in the role, you would have:1+ years of experience in case management required.2+ years of social services experience, preferably in a senior care settingA Bachelor's Degree required in social work or related program such as gerontology, psychology, or recreation therapySocial Services certification preferredWhat a day in the life may include:Assessing resident needs based on admission social services history, resident's health, psychological and social needsPromoting a positive living experience for our residentsEnsuring confidentiality by adhering to HIPPA & all other privacy standardsPromoting a positive work environment by collaborating with community team membersWhat's in it for you?At HumanGood, we're driven by purpose—reimagining senior living and creating communities where older adults can thrive.
