Kitchen+Bar - Bartender

Property Location: 828 Paseo de Peralta - Santa Fe, New Mexico 87501 Under general supervision, this position opens and closes the hotel Kitchen+Bar following company policies and procedures. The position is responsible for maintaining the food prep and hotel bar area in a clean, well‑organized manner while serving and assisting guests. The team member must present a high standard of integrity, service, and hospitality at all times to promote the Drury culture with customers and fellow team members. They should have general knowledge of the hotel, area, and events to answer questions. Responsibilities Open and close the bar and Kitchen+Bar. Prepare and serve a wide variety of drinks in a fast‑paced environment. Maintain cleanliness and organization of food prep and bar areas. Handle money, make change, and use office machines and POS equipment. Operate kitchen equipment, dishwashers, cash register, and other bar machines. Communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal. Assist guests and address their questions about the hotel, area, and events. Perform duties as bartender, prep cook, cocktail server, or other positions as needed. Qualifications At least 21 years old. One year of bartending experience required; two or more years preferred. High school diploma or equivalent. Two years of college education preferred. Ability to obtain and maintain all required certifications per company policy.
