COLD FOOD (SALAD) (FULL TIME)

Job Summary We are hiring immediately for a full time COLD FOOD (SALAD) position at Navy Federal Credit Union. The role involves preparing and serving cold food items such as salads and sandwiches. The daytime shift is Monday-Friday 6:30 am‑3:00 pm. Location Navy Federal Credit Union – 1101 Navy Federal Way, Pensacola, FL 32526. Online applications only. Compensation & Perks Fixed Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour. $250 hiring bonus upon completion of the 90‑day probation period. Internal Employee Referral Bonus available. Requirements 1–2 years experience with food preparation. Ability to follow HACCP and safety procedures. Physical ability to lift and carry containers up to 50 lb. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Obtain daily production schedule and preparation requirements from Chef. Prepare sandwich meats, cheeses, condiments, and salads using approved standards. Stock and replenish deli/cold products and condiments per guidelines. Carry pans, kettles, and trays of food to and from workstations. Store food following HACCP standard wrapping, dating, and rotation procedures. Clean, sanitize, and maintain counters, work surfaces, refrigeration units and floors. Cut meats and cheeses to designated thickness on a slicing machine. Interact with coworkers to ensure compliance with service standards and inventory control procedures. Maintain a clean, safe work environment to comply with sanitation, ServSafe and safety requirements. Perform other duties as assigned.
