Job Description The CNA provides patient care under the direction and supervision of the RN LPN. The CNA assists in the patient’s care anticipating patient family needs in a proactive fashion. The CNA individualizes and modifies care according to the patient’s needs. The CNA collaborates with other health‑care team members to enhance the provision of patient care.
