Senior Employment & HR Counsel | Strategic Advisor

Citi is seeking a Senior Lead Counsel 2 (Employment & HR) to provide expert legal guidance across Employment & HR for Citi Businesses and Functions from our Tampa, FL office. This role negotiates complex matters, advises senior stakeholders, and leads policy improvement initiatives while ensuring regulatory compliance and risk management.
The successful candidate will possess 15+ years of Employment & HR experience, a JD, and a bar license.
