Our marketing engine is already running bi-weekly webinars led by Dr. Hurst, an established podcast, an active YouTube channel and social presence, proven digital advertising funnels, and a growing community footprint in Phoenix. You won't be starting from scratch you'll be stepping into an organization with real traction and taking it to the next level. We're looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who wants their work to mean something. This isn't a role where you'll optimize click-through rates for a product no one needs. Every lead you generate, every webinar you produce, and every community partnership you build could quite literally save someone's life. About the Role What You'll Own Team management Managing and collaborating with other contractors and team members Finding, vetting and managing new contractors Content & Brand Production Direct all organic content across social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc), YouTube, and The Healthspan Podcast Produce content end-to-end : video clips from long-form footage, behind-the-scenes practice content, “what it's like to be a member” storytelling, and patient testimonial capture and showcasing Lead and coordinate an outsourced creative team : videographer, graphic designer, and marketing/social media VA for editing, caption creation, and publishing Schedule, organize, and manage podcast production and distribution Manage community engagement : comments and DMs across all social platforms and YouTube with the help of a Marketing VA Maintain brand voice consistency and clinical accuracy across every touchpoint (in partnership with our physicians) Own all paid media strategy and performance across Meta and Google, working with dedicated media buyers to optimize targeting, creative, keywords, audiences, and geography Lead landing page building, maintenance, and conversion rate optimization alongside our web team Test and report on what's working: CAC, cost per qualified call, and funnel conversion rates are your scoreboard Manage lead flow within our CRM : ensure every lead is properly captured, organized, and tagged as it enters the system Build, monitor, and troubleshoot marketing automations so no lead falls through the cracks Partner with the sales team (setters and Member Advisors) to ensure smooth marketing-to-sales handoff Webinars (Bi-Weekly Flagship Events) Produce and run our bi-weekly Heart Disease Reversal Webinar , led by Dr. Hurst Own the full webinar tech stack: registration pages, thank-you pages, reminder automations, replay page deployment, and post-webinar email sequences with the assistance of a marketing VA Continuously analyze and make changes to improve webinar KPIs: registration rates, show-up rates, and booked-call rates Email Marketing Write and produce a monthly newsletter featuring a HealthspanMD “hot topic,” podcast highlights, member success stories, and other relevant information for our audience (also with the help of graphic designers, a marketing VA, etc). Write and manage indoctrination and engagement email sequences that are sent to every new lead Own list health, deliverability, and campaign performance Website Own the main website : keep messaging, programs, team bios, and offers current and conversion-focused Direct SEO improvements when indicated Your First 90 Days You’ll know you're succeeding if you've: Built a deep understanding of our members, positioning, offers, and brand voice Audited every funnel and identified our biggest growth opportunities Taken full ownership of webinars, content production, and email marketing (You'll also have a structured handoff period with our current marketing lead — you're inheriting working systems, not a mystery box.) The Scoreboard Metrics You'll Own Number of qualified discovery calls booked Webinar registration, show-up, and webinar-to-call conversion rates Lead-to-member conversion (in partnership with sales) Landing page and website conversion rates Email engagement (open, click, and reply rates) Organic audience growth across social, YouTube, podcast, and email Marketing-sourced revenue Our Marketing Stack Paid Media: Meta Ads, Google Ads Analytics: Company Dashboard, Google Analytics, YouTube Studio, platform-native reporting Web: Webflow, GoHighLevel (Landing Pages) Organic Social Media: Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn Webinars: Zoom Content/Video: Opus Clip, Riverside/Zoom AI: Loveable, Copilot, Claude, and other AI tools for content acceleration, research, and ideation What You Bring *Required Proven success managing paid media (Meta and Google) and working with media buyers or agencies to hit performance targets Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation (lead tagging, pipelines, workflows, troubleshooting) Strong content production instincts, meaning, you can direct video, write compelling copy, and know what performs on each platform Experience managing VAs, contractors, or a small team across creative and operational functions Experience with both digital and local/community marketing Excellent writing ability to produce email sequences, newsletters, ad copy, and web copy that accurately represents the brand and message Comfortable leveraging AI tools to accelerate content creation, copywriting, research, and operational efficiency while maintaining high quality and brand standards Highly Preferred Healthcare or medical practice marketing experience, with comfort learning and accurately using clinical terminology Experience marketing high-ticket, consultative, or membership-based services Familiarity with webinar funnels and event-based lead generation Direct experience with GoHighLevel (or similar all-in-one CRM/funnel platforms) Basic video editing ability or fluency directing editors Understanding of healthcare marketing compliance considerations (testimonial usage, health claims) HealthspanMD is an equal opportunity employer.
