Senior Subcontracts Manager - US, Ohio - 12 Month Contract Be part of a next-generation pharmaceutical project that’s transforming how medicines are made. We’re supporting a major new-build facility in Ohio, a multi-billion-dollar investment designed to push the boundaries of science and engineering. We’re looking for a Senior Subcontracts Manager to join the team and help deliver this world-class program. What you’ll do: Manage post-award administration of major construction subcontract packages valued between $100M and $500M. Ensure contractors perform in accordance with contract requirements, scope commitments, schedule milestones, commercial obligations, and quality expectations. Review, negotiate, and manage change orders, claims, compensation events, contract modifications, and commercial disputes. Evaluate contractor entitlement positions and pricing submissions and provide recommendations to project leadership. What you’ll need: Extensive experience in subcontract management, contracts management, commercial management, procurement, project controls, or construction management on major capital projects. Experience managing post-award construction contracts and subcontractors during project execution. Demonstrated experience managing change orders, contract modifications, claims, commercial negotiations, and contractor performance. Experience working within owner, EPCM, or major contractor organisations on large- scale capital projects. #J-18808-Ljbffr
