Banquet Server

Job Responsibilities Banquet Servers are responsible for all aspects of professional food service and guest satisfaction, including serving food and beverages to banquet guests. Responsibilities include serving large volumes of food in a fast‑paced environment, maintaining a clean and organized service area, assisting guests with seating and table service, and maintaining a positive and energetic demeanor throughout long service days. Servers may be required to hoist heavy plates and assist with banquet set‑ups and breakdowns.
