- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, examining both psychological and medical factors affecting each patient's mental wellness. \n
- Craft and implement individualized treatment plans that address psychiatric conditions alongside medical issues, utilizing evidence-based methodologies. \n
- Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, employing therapeutic techniques designed specifically for each participant's needs. \n
- Collaborate actively with healthcare providers and specialists to ensure cohesive treatment approaches and optimize patient outcomes. \n
- Deliver crisis intervention services when required, responding promptly to mental health emergencies with empathy and professionalism. \n
- Educate patients about the significant links between mental health and physical wellness, empowering them to take an active role in managing their conditions. \n
- Maintain meticulous and confidential records in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards. \n
- Participate in team meetings and interdisciplinary case reviews, contributing to the holistic understanding of patient care. \n
- Stay informed on the latest research and practices in mental health and integrated care to enhance your clinical skills continually. \n
The patients you will serve are adults dealing with diverse mental health challenges, many of whom also have co-occurring physical health issues. This role requires sensitivity and the ability to adapt to individual patient needs, ensuring they receive the support necessary to thrive. Qualifications\n- \n
- Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited program. \n
- Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in California. \n
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an emphasis on building rapport and trust with patients. \n
- Proficient understanding of ethical standards and best practices in mental health therapy. \n
- Experience using electronic health record systems and various computer applications related to patient management. \n
- Ability to collaborate effectively within an interdisciplinary team. \n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to USD 130,000 annually, complemented by a one-time sign-on bonus of $3,000.
