Job Summary Physical Therapist – Geriatric House Calls at FOX Rehabilitation, a multi‑state, professional private practice of independent physical therapists. The role involves visiting patients at home, providing evidence‑based geriatric care, and helping older adults stay strong, independent, and healthy.
