Pediatric Physical Therapist

Responsibilities Screen and evaluate children using standardized test, clinical observations and caregiver inquires. Establish & implement individualized treatment program including child’s history, strengths, weaknesses, therapeutic interventions & goals. Reassess child’s performance on an ongoing basis and adjust treatment program accordingly. Consult and educate caregivers to enhance the implementation of the treatment program. Participate as an active member within a multidisciplinary team. Provide accurate and timely documentation (daily, monthly & annual evaluation & discharged summary). Participate in ongoing continuing education to further enhance your skills and knowledge. Qualifications Minimum of Master’s Degree and a Missouri License Tuition Assistance - $1,000 per year, after one year of employment Health insurance 100% employer paid $50,000 life insurance policy paid by the Center Professional Liability Insurance ($1,000,000 per occurrence/$3,000,000 aggregate) 10 Vacation days per year 8 paid holidays per year (minimally) Continuing Education Allowance - $750 increasing every two years thereafter Annual Licensing fees paid by company Christmas holiday – 8-10 days off at Christmas, following school calendars #J-18808-Ljbffr
