This is an opportunity to practice meaningful, patient-centered diagnostic care that directly impacts the lives of individuals and communities.In this role, you won't just interpret scans; you'll help shape clinical stories of recovery, resilience, and informed care decisions.Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnostic expertiseInterpret and report a comprehensive range of imaging studies, including X-ray, ultrasound, mammography, CT, and MRI.Provide timely, accurate, and actionable diagnostic reports that support treatment decisions for primary care providers and specialists.Clinical collaborationCommunicate consultatively with referring physicians to guide clinical care.When appropriate, partner with care teams to discuss imaging findings with patients.Team integrationWork closely with internal medicine, women's health, cardiology, and urgent care providers for coordinated, patient-first care.Participate in interdisciplinary case reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.Quality and complianceUphold regulatory, accreditation, and internal quality standards (ACR, CMS, state regulations).Support initiatives to enhance imaging accuracy, safety, and workflow efficiency.Technology leadershipUtilize advanced imaging technology and collaborate with IT teams to maintain optimal PACS and imaging software performance.Provide feedback on imaging protocols and system enhancements.QualificationsMD or DO with specialization in radiology.Board-certified (or board-eligible within one year) in diagnostic radiology.Active, unrestricted medical license in Michigan or ability to obtain.Fellowship training in neuroradiology, musculoskeletal, women's imaging, or body imaging preferred.Preferred ExperienceMinimum of 2 years post-residency experience (strong new grads welcome to apply).Experience across multiple imaging modalities, including cross-sectional and breast imaging.Familiarity with outpatient diagnostic workflows is a plus.SkillsStrong written and verbal communication abilities.Attention to detail and multitasking in fast-paced settings.Team-focused with a collaborative mindset.Proficient with PACS/RIS and EHR systems.What Our Client OffersCompetitive salary and productivity incentives.Comprehensive health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance.401(k) retirement plan.Generous paid time off and holidays.Supportive, collaborative team environment.Join a practice where your work mattersIf you're looking for a radiology opportunity that combines clinical excellence with compassionate, integrated care, this is your chance.Background check required for this position.
