Job Summary:
Provide specialized physical therapy services to patients, focusing on restoring mobility, alleviating pain, and improving overall functional abilities. Deliver tailored treatments to support patient recovery and enhance quality of life.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions, exercises, and modalities to promote healing.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatments as necessary.
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitation techniques and post-treatment care.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure coordinated patient care.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid state license or credential as a Physical Therapist.
• Possess a degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Demonstrate excellent clinical assessment and therapeutic skills.
• Show strong communication and patient education abilities.
• Have prior experience in rehabilitative and outpatient settings preferred.
