Table Games Floor Supervisor

Job Summary This is a full‑time hourly supervisor position responsible for enforcing all table game procedures, state regulations, and internal controls. The supervisor ensures game security, monitors dealer performance, protects company assets, and maintains compliance with gaming laws. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Proficient in all games offered: Blackjack, House Banked Poker, Roulette, Baccarat, and Craps ( ALL ) Maintain game security and protect company assets at all times. Rate players and issue comps. Notify Shift Manager of any irregularities on assigned tables to maintain game protection. Maintain integrity of the game by protecting equipment and continuously inspecting cards and dice. Monitor cash and chip transactions to ensure proper payouts. Monitor dealers within their section and discuss speed or skill issues with them. Recognize and report suspicious player activity; keep accurate win/loss reports for each player. Supervise the pit in the absence of the Shift Manager. Qualification Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of two (2) years casino or dealing experience preferred. Ability to follow oral and written instructions, remain calm under pressure, and work as part of a team. Basic computer skills (Excel, Pit Tracker, Promo Tracker) and experience with chip trays, controlled keys, and other gaming equipment. Must obtain and maintain a valid State of Colorado Gaming License. Equipment Directly Used Chip trays and controlled keys Cash / chips Computer (Excel, Pit Tracker, Promo Tracker) Micrometer for measuring dice Cards, Blackjack shoes Tack sheets Physical Requirements Sitting 80% of shift (box persons). Standing 10% of shift. Walking 100% of shift (floor supervisor). Regularly balance, grasp, hear, and reach. Must lift 25 lbs.
