CDL-A Company Driver Overview Top pay that rewards the miles. Earn up to $93,200+ annually, with base pay ranging from $0.55–$0.62 CPM based on experience. Drivers average 2,000–2,600 miles per week, paid on practical miles loaded and empty. Bonuses that stack on top of base. Weekly performance bonuses add up to $0.07 CPM, plus clean DOT inspection bonuses, detention, layover, breakdown, extra stop, and tarping pay— all building on your base earnings. Flexible home time you can plan around. Get home every weekend on a 5.5‑days‑on schedule, with occasional required Saturday freight. Want to earn more? Stay out 7 days and come home for a 2‑day reset instead. You control the balance. Freight that keeps you rolling.
