Position: Urologist
Location: Pendleton, OR
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

HealthPlus Staffing is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Urologist to join an established and growing urology practice serving northeastern Oregon. This is an outstanding opportunity to build a long-term practice with strong clinical support, an excellent referral base, and a schedule that promotes an exceptional work-life balance.

The ideal candidate will enjoy practicing in a collaborative environment while providing comprehensive urologic care to a growing patient population.

• Full-time employed position
• Monday through Friday schedule (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
• Established urology practice with a strong referral network
• Dedicated and experienced clinical support staff
• Collaborative, physician-focused practice environment

• Comprehensive general urology practice
• Diagnose and treat a broad range of urologic conditions
• Perform office-based and surgical urologic procedures
• Develop individualized treatment plans and provide longitudinal patient care
• Collaborate with primary care physicians and specialty providers
• Provide patient education and ongoing follow-up care
• Opportunity to participate in the continued growth of the urology program
• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based, patient-centered care

• Base Salary: $541,088 – $639,180

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Urology residency
• Oregon medical license or ability to obtain
• DEA certification or ability to obtain
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
