Renowned for its outstanding patient outcomes and innovative treatment methods, this clinic presents a unique opportunity for a Physical Therapist dedicated to making a meaningful impact in patients' lives. The ideal candidate will be deeply committed to rehabilitation and excel in a collaborative environment, working alongside professionals who are focused on delivering top-quality care in a modern and supportive setting.
Responsibilities for a Physical Therapist:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Document patient progress accurately and maintain up-to-date medical records in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Provide education and guidance to patients and their families on injury prevention, rehabilitation techniques, and home exercise programs.
Qualifications for a Physical Therapist:
- Graduate of accredited school of Physical Therapy with Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.
- Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of New Jersey or eligibility required.
- Epic experience needed.
- Must have OASIS documentation abilities.
- BLS Certification required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
