Take high‑quality photographs of the property. Collect property details and assess overall conditions. Prepare and submit inspection reports online via the desktop portal. Ensure all reports are submitted on time and include required attachments. Qualifications Reliable car to drive to inspection sites. Computer running Windows 10 or newer. Smartphone or digital camera. Reliable home internet connection. Basic computer and communication skills.
