PharmacistThe Pharmacist provides safe, accurate, and effective medication therapy for patients in hospital and extended care settings. This role reviews medication orders, collaborates with healthcare providers to optimize patient care, educates patients on medication use, and helps ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and best practices.
