Senior Brand Strategist

To support diverse health portfolios, the full-time Senior Brand Strategist will drive impactful brand foundations across Life Sciences, Provider Systems, Payer Systems, and Wellness industries, focusing on synthesizing insights and crafting strategic deliverables both independently and in collaboration with senior leaders. Key responsibilities Drive analysis of qualitative and quantitative data to transform insights into human truths Co-author brand foundations and long-term plans for enterprise clients alongside senior strategy leads Lead day-to-day strategy deliverables on small-to-midsize accounts from discovery to execution Required qualifications 4 to 6 years of brand strategy experience in an advertising agency, market research company, or strategic consultancy focused on healthcare or life sciences Strong understanding of strategic principles across complex healthcare landscapes Proven command of brand strategy principles, including brand positioning and audience insight development Technical proficiency with collaboration tools and research methodologies Critical thinking and creative curiosity with an entrepreneurial mindset
