Location: Lexington, Kentucky | Employment Type: Full-Time | 1099 or W-2 | Compensation: $350,000 – $400,000+

A well-established and highly regarded anesthesia group at a Lexington, Kentucky hospital is seeking dedicated CRNAs to join their outstanding collaborative team. This is an exceptional opportunity offering multiple compensation structures to fit your lifestyle and career goals - from a no-call schedule to a full call position with earning potential above $400,000 . With a generous sign-on bonus of up to $75,000 , 8-12 weeks vacation annually, additional pay of $250 per hour for any hours above 48 in a week, and a diverse and rewarding case mix - this position delivers outstanding clinical variety and exceptional earning potential in the heart of Kentucky Bluegrass Country. No call opportunities are also available for the right candidate - and W-2 employment is available for candidates who prefer a traditional employment structure - ask for details on both.

Compensation Options - 1099

Option 1 - 5 Days Per Week | No Call:

• $370,000 annually
• Five 10-hour shifts per week
• 10 weeks vacation annually
• No call obligations
• $250 per hour for any hours above 48 in a week

Option 2 - 5 Days Per Week | No Call | Maximum Vacation:

• $350,000 annually
• Five 10-hour shifts per week
• 12 weeks vacation annually
• $250 per hour for any hours above 48 in a week

Option 3 - Call Position | Maximum Earning Potential:

• $390,000 annually - call pay brings total to $400,000+
• 8 weeks vacation annually
• Call: Monday through Thursday only
• Weekend: Day shift Saturday and Sunday split between 5-8 providers
• Additional compensation for after hours and weekend work
• $250 per hour for any hours above 48 in a week

W-2 Option:

• W-2 compensation available - contact us for details
• Full benefits package

Sign-On Bonus

• $50,000 - 3 year commitment
• $75,000 - 4 year commitment
• Available for all schedule options

• Bread and Butter General Cases
• Neuroanesthesia
• Regional Anesthesia
• Vascular

• Obstetrics
• All case types - no trauma - no transplant

Qualifications

• Current CRNA certification - required
• Active Kentucky CRNA license or ability to obtain prior to start - required
• Strong clinical skills with ability to manage a wide range of cases - required
• Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care
• New graduates and experienced CRNAs both welcome
