How You’ll Make an ImpactAdminister Spectrum policies consistently and communicate policy or procedure changes across assigned areasAdvise and counsel employees on workplace conflicts, performance matters and dispute resolution while managing employee relations and investigationsOversee leave of absence programs, coordinate accommodations and support safety and workers’ compensation processesLead benefits enrollment meetings and deliver employee and supervisor training on policies, benefits and prevention topicsMaintain accurate HRIS and payroll entries for your client group while conducting audits and ensuring compliance with state and federal requirementsSupport bonus plans, merit processes, and reporting as well as participate in annual budget planning and HR committee initiativesWorking ConditionsOffice environment with some travelWhat You’ll Bring to SpectrumRequired QualificationsEducationBachelor's degree in human resources, business, related field or equivalentExperience2+ years of Human Resources Generalist experienceSkillsStrong verbal and written communication skills with ability to connect at all levelsProfessionalism in handling confidential information and public interactionsAbility to make decisions, solve problems and work well under pressureProficient in Microsoft Office and general PC skillsAbility to prioritize, organize and demonstrate initiativeFamiliarity with federal, state and local employment laws and wage and hour regulationsUnderstanding of staffing, employment practices and employee relations proceduresConsultative, coaching and analytical skillsPreferred QualificationsEducationProfessional human resources certifications such as PHR or SPHRKnowledge of telecommunications products and servicesOtherValid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record#LI-SWD74 HGN360 2026-80381 HGN360 2026 Here, our employees don’t just have jobs, they're building careers.
