PURPOSE OF POSITION

To administer a variety of functions to support the activities of the People and Culture Department including support to Human Resources Information System (HRIS) database, troubleshoot and assist in resolving system issues, process audits, create/develop reports to meet internal/external department needs, process annual and follow-up performance reviews, system administration/processing of Goodwill and Landmark retirement plans, administration of annual ACA 1094-C and 1095-C filing and look‑back period, and support job description administration. This is a high‑volume position requiring the ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality, security, accuracy, attention to detail, initiative, logical thinking and good judgment in performing job functions. The role also requires flexibility and adaptability in an environment where priorities change frequently and deadlines must be consistently met.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Collaborate with HRIS Specialist III to support HRIS functions, system implementations, audits, reports, and troubleshooting. Generate reports to meet internal and external People and Culture needs: Benefits Applicant Tracking Master Employee Matrix Recruiting Activity Report Service Award/anniversaries listings I‑9 documentation tracking Affirmative action data collection Retail Leads/Apprentice Tracking & Assessment Ad‑hoc reports Perform data entry related to employee changes, retirement plans, benefits enrollments, Cobra and other entries in the HRIS system. Administer Goodwill/Landmark retirement plans and undertake system administration of these plans. Administer ACA including look‑back period and filing of annual ACA 1094‑C and 1095‑C. Manage and coordinate the Annual Performance Reviews and Follow‑up Review process. Coordinate and facilitate training as needed. Oversee annual and new laws legal posting requirements for Goodwill and Landmark worksites. Back up job description administration and system set‑up. Perform other job‑related duties as required, including HR projects and working overtime as required. Safeguard company property, report incidents of theft or unauthorized possession, act safely, follow all policies and procedures, promote teamwork, and assist others with knowledge and information.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS

Two years of college in related field or equivalent experience desired; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Three to five years of relevant experience in a Human Resources environment. Ability to create detailed reports from an HR database. Strong PC skills including MS Office and internet skills. Attention to detail, initiative, logical thinking, and good judgment in performing job functions. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Effective English/grammar skills; verbal and written communication proficiency. Bi‑Linguistic Spanish or Vietnamese desirable.

WORK SCHEDULE

Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Full‑Time).
