TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Rochester, New York, 14620!

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Medical/Surgical Tele Duration: 16 weeks Shift: Nights Hours per Shift: 12 hours (7 PM - 7 AM) Experience: 1 year recent experience in acute medical-surgical/telemetry; 2 years of U.S. work experience required for non-U.S. candidates preferred 2 years recent experience in acute medical-surgical/telemetry. License: Active RN license in NY Certifications: AHA BLS Must-Have: Must work at least 1 holiday per contract. Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility. Must be flexible according to the needs of the facility's schedule. Block booking may be requested but is not guaranteed. Required to float to other units if needed. Must be willing to work charge. Facility will provide training if needed. Description: Unit has a total of 37 beds. 1 weekend shift per week or 2 weekend shifts every other weekend is required. Candidate will be responsible for providing care to patients in a complex care setting. Nights are the designated shift for this position. The role will involve collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Candidate must adhere to facility policies and procedures while delivering care. Flexibility in scheduling is essential to accommodate the needs of the unit. Candidate will utilize electronic charting systems for documentation. This role requires strong critical thinking and communication skills. Success in this position will depend on the ability to respond to the needs of diverse patient populations.
