You'll partner directly with our VP of Total Rewards & People Operations to build compensation strategy, structure, and guidance that positions Collective Health as an employer of choice — helping us attract, retain, and grow exceptional talent.This is a high-visibility role. You'll work closely with our Executive team, HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and People Leaders across the company, bringing deep compensation expertise and sharp data analysis to decisions that directly shape our employees' total rewards experience. If you enjoy translating complex comp philosophy into clear, actionable guidance — and want a seat at the table where those decisions get made — this role is built for you.What You'll DoAdvise leadership, HRBPs, and People Leaders on compensation strategy, programs, and structure — balancing technical rigor with strong relationship-buildingLead the design of, and consult on, incentive compensation programsOwn compensation benchmarking, market analysis, and salary structure design to keep our salary and equity programs competitiveLead the annual compensation review cycle end-to-endPartner with Talent Acquisition on external offers, internal offers, promotions, and job-leveling approvalsEnsure compliance with DOL, FLSA, and minimum wage requirements across jurisdictionsPartner with outside counsel on annual pay equity reviewsCoach and educate managers on how to use and talk about our compensation programsSupport the preparation of materials for the Compensation CommitteeCoach HR Operations Specialists during their rotation through the Compensation teamDesign and scale compensation programs as the company growsDevelop a deep understanding of Collective Health's business and org structure so your guidance is grounded in how we actually workWhat You'll Bring8+ years of progressive Compensation experience, including hands-on incentive plan designProven ability to advise and influence senior stakeholders, including executives, with clear and concise recommendationsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills — comfortable diving into data to spot gaps, troubleshoot issues, and drive process improvementsA track record of managing multiple deadline-driven projects without sacrificing qualityExcellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills across all levels of an organizationHigh degree of independence, organization, and attention to detailSound judgment handling highly confidential employee informationAdvanced proficiency in Excel/Google SheetsNice to have:Experience scaling compensation programs at a high-growth companyFamiliarity with compensation tools/HRIS platforms (e.g., Oracle, Workday, PayFactors, Radford, Pave)CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) certificationPay Transparency StatementThis is a hybrid position based out of our Lehi office, with the expectation of being in office at least three weekdays per week. The actual pay rate offered within the range will depend on factors including geographic location, qualifications, experience, and internal equity. In addition to the salary, you will be eligible for 115,000 stock options and benefits like health insurance, 401k, and paid time off.
