We are seeking a dedicated Machine Operator to join our team in Port Washington, WI. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our manufacturing process, ensuring that our machinery operates smoothly and efficiently.
1st Shift hours: 5am-1pm Monday-Friday with OT available!
Responsibilities - we will train.Operate and monitor rubber molding equipment, keep an eye on quality, inspect and trim parts, and work alongside with your shift to hit production targets.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Document production data and report any issues to the supervisor.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in machine operation is a plus.
- Motivated to learn new things and grow with company.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
