What You’ll Do (And Why It Matters) Lead Meaningful Clinical Work Conduct assessments (FBAs, VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, Vineland) to truly understand each child. Design individualized, high-quality treatment plans that drive real progress. Continuously analyze data and adjust strategies to maximize outcomes. Develop and Elevate Your Team Supervise and mentor RBTs with intention—not just check a box. Provide hands‑on coaching, modeling, and real‑time feedback. Help build confident, skilled clinicians who love what they do. Partner with Families (Not Just Update Them) Collaborate closely with caregivers to create consistency across environments. What are the Right Qualifications to join our team? Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field. Current BCBA certification from the BACB. Minimum of 1 year of proven experience with ABA assessments, treatment plans, and supervision. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
