La Villa Grande Care Center seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist to provide high-quality rehabilitative care to seniors in our skilled nursing community. In this role, you will assess residents, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, deliver therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and function, and collaborate closely with nurses, physicians, and rehab team members. You’ll document progress, educate residents and families, and support safe discharges.
